I love your take on the world. I am similarly afraid and brave.

Gosh I loved the ‘I’m releasing this’ moment! I look forward to a time when I can do that!

I love your new word - unfuckwithable!! I am going to use it too if you don’t mind.

I have a girlfriend that calls using “fuck” in a sentence a “sentence enhancer”.

I never swore till I turned about 35 (Christian and all that). Never allowed myself to get angry. Then one day gave myself permission and said my first f-bomb. I allowed myself to feel all my feelings and began to ACCEPT myself and allow all of it. It was one of the beginning steps to my healing journey from LOTS of sexual trauma (from age of 3) from my father, uncle, grandfather, great uncle, 1st Christian minister husband, elders, paster in my abusive church.

I love your story and I am with you in our Unfuckwithable Power - Acceptance is the most amazing thing!!

Yes, it’s your word now! I’m so sorry you experienced all that from people who were supposed to take care of you.

I am a habitual poo-head too, working on it but related to this whole article (and it gave me a giggle). Thank you!

I really liked this. It reminded me of being younger, and striving against the current of life. Finding a balance between still striving to be better (at whatever) while accepting what comes your way is a difficult balance. Glad you’ve found it.
